Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Rates: Currently we ship UPS or USPS and actual rates are determined by weight and size. An average cost of shipping a Family Fun Box is around $7.

• Shipping Times: Standard shipping usualy takes 3-7 business days.

• Damages/Issues: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and an explanation of the damage. acornstoarrows@gmail.com

• International: We currently only ship within the United States.
